By submitting a record form, you (“the Submitter”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information
   You certify that all information provided in connection with this record submission is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You understand that any false or misleading information may result in rejection or revocation of any record certification.
    

2. Image, Video, and Media Release
   You grant the Atlas World Records (AWR) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from any photographs, videos, or other media submitted with your record attempt (“Submitted Media”). This includes use in AWR's website, social media channels, promotional materials, press releases, and other marketing or archival purposes.
    

3. Authority to Grant Rights
   You represent and warrant that you are the creator or authorized rights holder of all Submitted Media, or otherwise have full legal authority to grant the above usage rights to AWR. You further warrant that all individuals who are identifiable in the Submitted Media have provided informed consent for their likeness to be used as described herein, and you accept full responsibility for obtaining and maintaining such consents.
    

4. Release of Liability
   You acknowledge and agree that participation in any record attempt is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. AWR is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or other liabilities that may arise in connection with your record attempt or submission. You hereby release, waive, and discharge WRC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to your record attempt or submission.
    

5. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWR and its representatives against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:

   • Your record attempt or submission;

   • Your breach of any representations or warranties herein; or

   • Any claim by a third party related to the use of Submitted Media or participation in the record attempt.
      

6. No Guarantee of Certification
   Submission of this form does not guarantee certification of any record. All submissions are subject to review and approval under WRC’s adjudication process.
    

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New Jersey.
