HOW WE WORK
Atlas World Records uses a verification-first, a-la-carte approach so record-setters only pay for what they actually want.

Every record begins by telling us who you are and what you’ve accomplished—or plan to accomplish—using our guided intake process. Based on your answers, we route you into the appropriate category of service, whether you’re an individual or representing a team, brand, or organization, and whether you want Atlas’s guidance or prefer to work independently.

Either on your own or with Atlas’s support, the achievement is ultimately performed and evidence is submitted for review. Atlas then conducts a free verification assessment, evaluating the evidence and underlying research to determine whether the achievement qualifies as a certifiable world record. At this stage, we clearly explain where you stand and why.

If the achievement qualifies, certification is optional. Our base certification package for individuals starts at $150 and includes official digital certification, publication in the Atlas archive, a transparent adjudicator’s statement detailing our findings, and blockchain timestamping for permanent recordkeeping. Physical certificates, plaques, and other enhancements may be added individually.

Pricing for teams, brands, and organizations varies based on factors such as scale, complexity, documentation needs, and live adjudication requirements—but we’re able to estimate costs quickly once we understand the specifics.

If your attempt cannot be certified, Atlas provides a clear explanation and guidance for improvement. We also offer a 50% discount on resubmission, giving you the opportunity to refine your attempt and succeed on your next try. Our goal is to help you achieve recognition, not deny it.
