I authorize the minor to participate in the Atlas World Records application and certification process, and I authorize Atlas World Records to receive, review, and evaluate the photographs, videos, documents, witness statements, identification information, measurements, timing information, and other evidence submitted in connection with the record claim.*

I understand that submitting an application, paying any applicable fee, or completing a record attempt does not guarantee certification or recognition of a world record. Certification is subject to Atlas World Records’ rules, evidence requirements, verification procedures, and final determination.*

If the record is certified, I authorize Atlas World Records to publish and use the minor’s name, age at the time of the record attempt, city/state or province/country, photographs, video footage, record results, and related statements or factual information for purposes related to documenting, certifying, publishing, reporting, and promoting the record.*

I understand that Atlas World Records will not intentionally publish the minor’s home address, private contact information, school information, or other sensitive personal information unless I separately authorize it.*

I understand that Atlas World Records does not supervise the record attempt or guarantee that an activity is safe. I accept responsibility for determining whether the minor may safely and legally participate and for providing appropriate adult supervision, permissions, safety measures, and professional assistance where necessary.*
